Mike is a dedicated husband and father to two young boys. He is also the founder of Inhab and Toulouse Street Millworks, where he leads construction and millwork operations with a focus on preserving New Orleans’ architectural heritage. A fifth-generation woodworker with a degree in Agricultural Business, Mike brings deep experience in project management and local construction. He also helps operate the family farm in Poplarville, Mississippi.
Caroline is an experienced design director known for her creative vision and organizational skills. With a background in Interior Design, she seamlessly blends artistic talent with efficient project management. Caroline excels in bridging communication between design and construction teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful execution. Caroline’s positive attitude fosters a collaborative environment where creativity thrives.
Mary Grace is a licensed architect, seasoned project manager, and owner’s representative. She thrives in environments where high level design meets premium quality construction and craftsmanship. She utilizes her architectural background to bring careful coordination and creative solutions to her role as project manager. This attention to design detail and understanding of client needs helps set up each project and team for success.
Tony exemplifies the values of craftsmanship and hard work. After serving in the military, he earned a master’s degree and spent several years in teaching, developing leadership skills, logistics, and operations. Tony specializes in historic renovations and small commercial projects. He brings a passion for preserving architectural character while integrating modern building systems.
Molly has worked in the finance and accounting industry for over 16 years. Molly specializes in the preparation and analysis of development cost breakdowns, job cost reports, operating pro forma statements, and investment return forecasts for both commercial and residential real estate development projects.
Collin brings a decade of experience in real estate, property management, and operations management to Inhab Group. Their diverse background equips them with a strong skill set in organization, client relations, and project coordination, contributing to the company’s efficient and effective operations. Outside of work, Collin is actively pursuing their pilot’s license and dedicates time to coaching youth soccer.
Michelle is a professional preservationist and architectural conservator with experience in construction, architecture, and hands-on conservation of historic buildings. Michelle brings technical knowledge of historic materials and works with clients to create historically accurate designs that meet the specifications of their most detailed needs.
