At the end of precon, we deliver a complete package: Final budget (based on selections & buyout). Detailed schedule (incorporating lead times). Documented decisions (materials, methods, allowances). This becomes the trusted roadmap for construction.

We believe in proactive management & transparency. Our team manages the work actively, anticipating issues and reducing friction for the design team. We utilize an online portal for schedules, selections, financials, and progress updates (photos, videos). We host weekly formal client updates & look-ahead meetings, and guarantee fewer RFIs through detailed model/drawing review up front. Whether you’re local or remote, you’ll have full visibility into the project—every step of the way.

We manage one punchlist, agree among the team, complete it quickly, and execute the final walkthrough & approvals. We provide a turnover package inclusive of: warranties, manuals, and maintenance information. We provide post-occupancy support to our clients
